Is bamboo fabric good for training?

Yes. Bamboo fabric is soft, breathable and wicks moisture, which keeps the tee comfortable from warm-up to cool-down.

Does it run big or small?

True to size with a regular fit. If you are between sizes, size up.

Will the print crack or fade?

Wash it cold and inside out, skip the bleach and don't iron the print directly, and it holds up wash after wash.
